A provision in a will may be made using the following language:

I give, and bequeath to Habitat for Humanity for San Luis Obispo County, a non-profit corporation located at 187 Tank Farm Road, San Luis Obispo, ______percent of my estate (or , the sum of $____;or , ____ per cent of the residue of my estate) as an unrestricted gift.
