Please deliver your donations at least 1 hour before closing-- Tuesday- Saturday  9 - 4 pm and Sunday noon-3.  Please call ahead for large donations to make certain we can accomodate the dimensions!


ReStore gratefully accepts the following items:

Now Accepting Energy Star Appliances!

1. Architectural items:

  • Columns, mantels, porch posts, antique windows.

2. Cabinets/Countertop:

  • Doors, drawers and outer facings of the cabinets must be in good condition.
  • Countertops must be in good condition with minimal chips or damage.
  • *** Doors, Drawers, and Cabinets are not accepted separately.

3. Doors and Windows:

  • Pre-hung or door slabs. If glass, all panes intact.
  • Exterior/Interior entry.
  • Sliding glass. Must have all tracking, glass must be intact without cracks or fogging. Dual paned preferred.
  • Dual Pane windows only
  • Must be in complete units
  • Good condition with glass intact
  • Wooden windows must be free of rot
  • All Windows must be inspected prior to acceptance

4. Electrical:

  • Wire, plugs, plates, and hardware associated with electrical wiring.

5. Fans:

  • Working condition . Blades and hardware removed and attached to motor..

6. Flooring materials:

  • Sheet vinyl flooring in usable lengths. Rolled and taped.
  • Vinyl tile, undamaged.
  • Ceramic tile, undamaged.
  • Wood flooring/Laminate flooring. Must be free from rot and in usable quantities (25 sq. ft. or more).

7. Hardware:

  • For doors, cabinets, etc. in working condition.
  • Rust free.

8. Insulation:

  • New only.

9. Lighting:

  • Fluorescent and incandescent.
  • Good to excellent condition.
  • Complete fixtures in working condition.

10. Lumber: Framing / Trim / Pressure Treated

  • Plywood - full, 1/2 and 1/4 sheets of plywood.
  • Milled lumber - 4' lengths or greater, free of rot and insects.
  • Trim - 4' lengths of greater, free of rot and insects.
  • Siding - full lengths, free of rot and insects.

11. Masonry

  • Cinderblock-whole, intact and in good condition.
  • Bricks-whole, intact and in good condition.

12. Paint/wall coverings (Depending upon inventory, paint may not be accepted).

  • Latex 1 gal/5 gal only, new full unopened. Color must be identified.
  • Full, unopened rolls of wall coverings.

13. Plumbing Fixtures and Hardware

  • Sinks, all types, no rust or cracks. Drop-in preferred. Stainless or porcelain.
  • Porcelain must be in good condition without chips or permanent stains.
  • Bathtubs. New or used in clean, non-stained, or chipped condition. Claw foot bathtubs accepted. Fiberglass bathtubs/stalls, no cracks or chips.
  • Only 1.6 gal flush commodes accepted. White and almond colors preferred. All must be clean and in good working condition.
  • Plumbing hardware.
  • Pipe-PVC/Metal/Copper.

14. Roofing Materials/Gutters:

  • Shingles.
  • Rolls of roofing material, minimum 1/2 roll.
  • New roofing and gutter materials in full pieces with no rust or damage.

15. Sheet Rock (Wallboard, drywall)

  • Full sheets preferred.
  • 4 foot or longer accepted.

16. Tools:

  • Hand or power tools in working condition only.

17. Vents (floor, ceiling, return)

  • Clean and in good condition.

18. Vinyl Siding, accessories:

  • Full length pieces only.

 

Items not usually accepted:

  1. Upholstered Furniture
  2. Broken or unframed glass
  3. Broken mirrors
  4. Clothing
  5. Computer and computer accessories
  6. Incandescent /Fluorescent light bulbs
